first release for this new italian label, who claim to bring techno back to its top level. we re inclined to agree with those sentiments, as are the others who have received promos of the release. the a side consists of two deep and dark techno tracks, that should also find favour with more minimal djs. they are apparently by a popular northern european artist, going under the guise of ????. the label has kept such a secret that we dont even know who it is. on the b side, we have a soz adams (esperanza, archipel, gumption) remix of label head obtane and fris, which is a retro chicago style excursion, and german duo sebastian herre and obscure close the ep with a more detroit techno inspired track.

with browse dplay is pushing things forward and proof that a laidback tune can cause some serious action on the dancefloor. it is a journey into the future but always referring to the past. it is somewhere in between disco and house and even catches the spirit of legends like roy ayers. on the flipside theres a deep and techy remix by ribn, which are dplays homies langenberg and manuel tur out of essen.
